Domain 1

How you rest, recharge, and relate to yourself.

Q1. When you have unstructured time, a free evening or a weekend morning with no plans, what happens? *

I fill it. The idea of doing nothing feels uncomfortable or wasteful.

I plan something enjoyable but often second-guess whether I'm using it well.

I genuinely rest and feel okay about it.

I zone out or check out, not quite resting, not quite productive.

Q2. When it comes to your personal goals, fitness, health, a creative pursuit, something just for you, which is most true? *

I keep putting them off until life quiets down. It never does.

I start strong and lose momentum when results aren't fast enough

I make progress steadily, even if slowly.

I cycle between obsession and complete abandonment.

Q3. How do the people closest to you at home experience you? *

Present when I'm there, but often somewhere else mentally.

Loving and engaged, but I can flip when I'm stressed.

Consistent. They know what to expect from me.

Hard to read. Even I'm not always sure what version of me shows up.

Q4 What does your home environment feel like most of the time? *

Functional but not really a sanctuary. I'm rarely fully at ease there.

It reflects what I want it to be, but I'm rarely still enough to enjoy it.

It genuinely feels like mine. I feel safe and settled there.

Unpredictable. Some days it feels good, other days it feels heavy.

How you perform, lead, and show up professionally.

Q5. When you receive feedback on your work, even constructive, well-intentioned feedback, what is your honest internal response?x 88xm *

I take note of it but keep a wall up. I don't let it land too deeply.

It activates something. I replay it and question myself more than I should.

I take it in, decide what's useful, and move forward.

It depends on who said it and what kind of day I'm having.

Q6. When it comes to delegating or trusting your team, which is most accurate? *

I prefer to handle things myself. It's faster and done right.

I delegate but then check in more than I probably should.

I delegate well and genuinely trust the people around me.

I go back and forth, sometimes I let go completely, other times I micromanage.

Q7. How do you experience visibility and recognition at work? *

I don't need it. I'd rather just do good work quietly.

I want it more than I let on. When it doesn't come, I take it personally

I appreciate it but I'm not driven by it.

Some days I want to be seen, other days I want to disappear completely.

Q8. Think about a time when a project or role was not going well. What did you do? *

I pushed harder and isolated. I rarely asked for help.

I spiraled. I worked harder but got less effective as the anxiety built.

I assessed what was working, asked for support, and adjusted.

I oscillated between fixing everything and wanting to walk away entirely.

Domain 3

How you earn, hold, and relate to money.

Q9. When you think about the income you are currently earning, which is closest to the truth? *

I earn well but I keep the ceiling where it is. Something stops me from going bigger.

I have big income goals but inconsistent results. The feast-or-famine cycle is real.

My income reflects my effort and I have a clear path to grow it.

Unpredictable. I can't always explain why some periods are strong and others collapse.

Q10. How do you feel when it comes to receiving money, raises, high-ticket sales, charging what you're worth? *

Uncomfortable. I tend to underprice, defer, or minimize my value.

I want to charge more but I worry people will say no or think I'm not worth it.

Grounded. I know my value and I communicate it without apology.

It swings. Some days I feel worth everything. Others I discount before anyone asks.

Q11. What happens to money once you have it? *

I accumulate but rarely enjoy. Spending on myself feels hard to justify.

I spend it quickly or give it away. Holding it brings up anxiety.

I invest it intentionally and make room to enjoy it too.

No clear pattern. I can be disciplined for months and then blow it in a week.

Q12. When you imagine your financial life five years from now, what comes up? *

A vague hope. I don't let myself plan too far ahead, it feels risky.

Excitement mixed with doubt. I want it but I don't fully believe I'll get there.

A clear and compelling picture I'm actively building toward.

It changes depending on how I'm feeling. Some days I see abundance, others I see lack.

Domain 4

How you connect, attach, and show up for others.

Q13. When someone important to you pulls back, becomes distant, less available, or less warm, what do you typically do? *

I pull back too. I give them space and act like it doesn't affect me.

I reach out, wonder what I did, and replay the relationship in my head.

I check in directly, express what I'm noticing, and stay calm.

It depends, sometimes I chase, sometimes I disappear. I don't always know which is coming.

Q14. How comfortable are you with emotional intimacy, being truly known by someone close? *

I keep a layer of protection up, even with people I love. Full closeness makes me uneasy.

I crave closeness but feel like I'm always doing too much or not enough.

I can be fully present and let people in. Connection feels safe to me.

I move toward people and then panic and back away. I want closeness and fear it at the same time.

Q15. How do you handle conflict in a very important relationships? *

I avoid it. I'd rather let things go than risk the tension

I want to resolve it immediately. Unresolved conflict keeps me up at night.

I name what's happening, stay regulated, and work toward resolution.

Unpredictable. I can be calm one time and completely reactive the next.

Q16. When an important relationship, romantic, friendship, or professional, ends or shifts significantly, how do you process *

I move on quickly and keep busy. I don't let myself feel it for long.

I analyze what went wrong. I carry it with me longer than I'd like.

I grieve it, learn from it, and eventually integrate it.

All over the place. I can feel fine and then be leveled by it unexpectedly.
